Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account with adda71, accessing any part of the adda71 platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the adda71 platform.

adda71 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the adda71 website. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

Eligibility

Access to and use of adda71 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. adda71 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will require documentary proof of age upon request.
• You must be accessing adda71 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of adda71 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Registration

To place bets or access real-money games on adda71, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. adda71 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or utility bill.

Each individual may register only one account. If adda71 determines that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be void. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

Deposits and Withdrawals

adda71 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Approved payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. adda71 does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party intermediaries not listed on the platform.

The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. adda71 reserves the right to apply processing times of up to three (3) business days for withdrawal requests in cases where additional verification is required. Deposits credited to your account in error must be reported immediately; adda71 reserves the right to recover any erroneously credited amounts.

• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within thirty (30) seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Verified members in good standing receive priority processing.
• adda71 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• All funds held in your adda71 account are non-transferable to any third party.

Bonuses and Promotions

adda71 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed against bonus-derived funds. adda71 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice where it has reason to believe the offer is being abused, where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect bonus being awarded, or where a player has violated these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except as specifically permitted under the relevant promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, IP address, or shared device.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited in full along with any associated winnings.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on adda71 are final once confirmed. adda71 will not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or alter a bet once it has been submitted and accepted by the system, except in circumstances where adda71 determines in its sole discretion that a clear and demonstrable technical error has occurred on the platform.

adda71 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a human or technical error, including but not limited to odds published in the wrong format, odds that deviated materially from the fair market price at the time of placement, or odds resulting from a data feed failure.

• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tool to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or betting market to generate profit is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
• adda71 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any bet or game at its sole discretion.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. adda71 makes no guarantee of winnings in any game.

Responsible Gaming

adda71 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible at any time through your account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Account Suspension and Termination

adda71 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice if adda71 reasonably determines that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The member has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• The member has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity in connection with the platform.
• The member has engaged in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of manipulation of betting markets or casino games.
• The member has charged back a payment made to adda71 through their bank or payment provider.
• adda71 is required to do so by applicable law, a regulator, or a court order.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonuses and any amounts subject to dispute will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the adda71 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation and arrangement of all such content, is the property of adda71 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the adda71 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the adda71 platform or its content without the prior written consent of adda71. Any unauthorised use of adda71's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offence.

Limitation of Liability

adda71 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, adda71 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

adda71 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the adda71 platform. adda71's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to adda71 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

adda71 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to adda71's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. adda71 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorised access.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through adda71's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable dispute resolution process as determined by adda71.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. adda71's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and adda71 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
